Thymeless Shop Policy and Disclosures

By placing an order, you are agreeing to and ensuring you understand all Thymeless LLC business policies and disclosures. Please read the information below along with all information related to operations and products prior to completing your purchase. This information can be found (but not limited to) in product listings and here on this page.

Timelines and operating hours:

Shop hours are Wednesday-Friday 8am-3pm. Expect your orders to be packaged and shipped within this timeframe with possible exceptions where I may be at market if it falls on a Friday. Example is if you order on a Saturday, expect your order to ship the following Wednesday. Expect the possibility that if you order Friday afternoon, your order may not ship until the following Wednesday. When contacting me, expect approximately 24-hours or up to 2 business days for response. I will do my best to be reasonably prompt as I rely on a precise schedule for optimal balance between my shop, farm, children, degree pursuits, other work obligations, etc. I appreciate all patience and respect for my time windows of availability and response.

Refunds:

All sales are final. Please carefully read information on products before purchase to ensure you are investing in a product that is the right size/scent/color/need/etc.

Flaw Disclosure:

Due to the handcrafted nature of most products sold by Thymeless LLC, minor flaws do occur. These flaws are not covered as defects and are not eligible for refunds/returns. Products purchased described as seconds are not eligible for any return or refund as their flaws will be disclosed with appropriate discounts attached.


Shipping Disclosure: 

Once products leave my hands, I am no longer in control of how they are handled. Please note that Thymeless LLC is not liable for damage or loss occurred once it is dropped off for shipment. Please double check your shipping address to ensure your package goes to the right place. I recommend shipment insurance when possible to ensure your purchase is covered in transport and delivery.

Custom Orders:

Custom orders for products I create in different sizes with prints available through my suppliers can be made with a 2-4 week turnaround. Deposit will vary dependent on request but will be non-refundable if order is canceled at any time after deposit payment is made. 


Payment Disputes:

Any payment disputes filed against purchases that were disclosed as non-returnable/non-refundable, with imperfections as described as normal due to the nature of being handcrafted (please read all information before ordering), or any other issues experienced without first contacting the email below to aid in finding a resolution will have all standing orders canceled/refunded and will be banned from doing business with Thymeless LLC moving forward with no exceptions.
